Returns

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After registering your return, you have 14 days to return the product. It is important that you can prove that you have sent the product within this period. Therefore, keep the shipping receipt with track & trace code until you have received the refund. We will then refund the order amount due for your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order. Only the costs for return from your home to the webshop are for your own account. For the exact rates, consult the website of your carrier.

If you use your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging. If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than necessary to sell the product, we can pass on this reduction in value of the product to you. So treat the product with care and ensure that it is properly packaged when returned.

What cannot be exchanged/returned:

• products created by Volpracht according to customer specifications (names, colours, dates, dimensions, etc.)

• products that are clearly personal in nature.
