Returns

You have the right to cancel products (that you purchase from us from stock) within 14 days of receipt. After registering your return, you have 14 days to return the product. Share the track & trace code with us as soon as you've shipped your return. This way, we can track your shipment and process your return quickly and carefully. Please keep your shipping receipt until you receive confirmation of receipt or a refund from us. We will then refund the amount due for your return, provided the product has been received in good order. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. Check your carrier's website for exact rates.

Please return the product to us with all accessories and in its original condition. If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged beyond what is necessary to sell it, we may charge you for the reduction in value. Therefore, please handle the product with care and ensure it is properly packaged when returning it.

What cannot be exchanged/returned:

• Products (such as wallpaper and wall circles) are custom-made to order. Because these items are made to order, they cannot be exchanged or returned. This is stated on the product page for each product.

• Products created by Volpracht according to customer specifications (names, colors, dates, dimensions, etc.).

• Products that are clearly personal in nature.
